We do everything ourselves, from consultation to design, specification, installation and ongoing maintenance, and only bring in experts in specific technologies if the project requires it.
We’re proud of the relationships we have with our clients, and you can rely on us to make sure everything’s just perfect for you. We’ll do our best to solve any problems the same or next day, too. We love technology. And problem-solving. That’s what drove Steve (Ngosia) and Daniel (Østvand), our founders, to set up FHI. Time-served techies, they spotted that no-one else was integrating technology like they knew they could, and now the business has grown to 5 employees. But you’ll still get Steve personally overseeing your project.

How it works.
Consult.
Firstly, we need to find out what you’re looking to achieve. So we’ll visit your property and discuss what you want, and where, before creating an initial proposal with outline costs.
Create.
After agreeing solution and budget, we’ll submit a final proposal with detailed costs and full specification. We’ll personally oversee the entire installation, with as much preparation as possible done off-site to minimise disruption.
Support.
Once the project’s complete, we’ll still be on-hand to give you any technical support you need, or upgrade your system if you wish.
